The right size

GirlGuiding New Zealand’s great new uniform looks so smart and is proving a real winner. 

In order to make it easier for you to get the right fit the first time, it pays to check the measurements provided against your measurements.

Some items are more generously sized than others.  For instance, polar fleece vests and jackets are very comfortable to wear over the top of other items.

Our V neck tops, hoodies and sweatshirts are designed to be more fitted than our previous uniforms  – so if you feel like you would like a little more room to move, please order the next larger size to your normal requirements.  The V neck tops are also shorter in the body than your previous polo shirts.

Polo shirts are now available in a very flattering ladies fit.  Some people have found that they like to upsize a couple of sizes especially for all those outdoor activities.  Again, just check the measurements provided.  (Labels can always be cut out when you have the right size!!!)

Pippins, Brownies and Guides have ordered normal size for the ¾ pants, polar fleece jackets and vests, and gone up one size for their V-neck tops, polo shirts and hoodies.
