Payment

We accept payment by cheque, direct credit or credit card, including the GirlGuiding New Zealand purchasing card.

Please make cheques payable to GirlGuiding New Zealand. Mastercard or Visa are the only credit cards accepted. Bank account details for direct credit will be sent to you in a confirmation e-mail once your online order has been received.

Enabling Cookies

To purchase items from the online shop you must enable cookies on your computer otherwise the transaction will not process. If you are concerned about compromising the security of your credit card details, you can go into your security settings in your browser and enable cookies only from the legitimate GirlGuiding website: http://shop.girlguidingnz.org.nz/shop

Handling fee

A handling fee of $5.00 is charged on all postal orders within New Zealand. This includes internet, phone and mail orders.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of GST. We try to maintain the listed price but reserve the right to make price alterations when necessary. 

Delivery

Availability

We try to have stock on hand to meet your requirements. If an item is not available it will be noted as a backorder on your invoice. Please note that payment is taken in full by secure merchant banking at the time of placing your order.

Guarantee

If any item is damaged in transit, we guarantee to replace the item or refund your money, provided the item is returned within 28 days of dispatch. Please complete the returns form on the reverse of your invoice and return with your goods. 

Exchange/Refunds

Please measure carefully before ordering clothing, measurements (garment size) are published with each item. If you wish to exchange an item please complete the returns form on the reverse of your dispatch docket/invoice sent with your goods. Return postage is payable by the returnee as is a $5.00 admin fee for processing the exchange item. We recommend sending goods via courier and obtaining a tracking number as we do not accept liability for goods that we do not receive.
